Before Covid, it was not unusual for Murrow students and teachers to have an opportunity to take a week-long trip together to Europe. However, students have not been able to go for the last couple of years due to travel restrictions.

For the February mid-winter recess, the school organized a full fun-packed itinerary for its first trip abroad since bouncing back, and a classic tour at that – Paris to Rome with one day spent seeing Florence and another in the Vatican City. 

There was a fairly large group of 41 students that were admitted to go on the tour. Seniors were given priority because they missed out on other chances to go.

After dinner the group took a boat river tour of Paris at night, rounding with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower beaming in the City of Lights.
